Complaint from Jill Krieger Colbert, WAover 3 years agoAbsolutely horrible. Could have killed my service dogs. They handled the situation horribly. I left my dogs in trailer with AC running on low and went to dinner. Came back 4 hrs later and trailer was unplugged and hot with dogs under distress as it is September. The employees unplugged our trailer. Left our dogs bake in hot trailer. No refund no accountability. Lost money and almost lost dogs.
